The current building is composed of a monolithic slab, 2x4 stud walls and OSB board, a loft, metal roofing, garage doors on the northeast wall and west wall. The building has electricity that will need to be updated. No plumbing currently exists in the building and will need to be installed. 

The building site is located where the ‘shop’ is located in the left image below.
