Our electrical needs are pretty basic and won't require anything beyond the basics with the exception of a standby generator for power outages. 

We'd like the generator wired to a few things in the kitchen (refrigerator, oven, and a few outlets), water pumps from the well and to the septic, heat pump, and hot water heater. Generac is a brand that has been recommended to us but have decided to consult with the electrical subcontractor before making a decision. 

We’d prefer recessed lighting for the majority (probably all) of the lighting on the main floor. 

We’d like the electric for the upstairs roughed in as well, and will finish at a later date.
